According to a new study growing biodynamic & organic vineyards produce a better quality of wine. It was discovered that wine made from biodynamic and organic grapes scored 4 points higher in quality on a 100 point scale. The farming of the grapes make a big diference in wine quality.
The wine comes from the grapes that go through no-till and biodynamic farming. Treating the soil rather than the plant is a much better method because it keeps the minerals in the soil. This increases the earthworm population, and gets them fatter. Increasing Fatter earthworms helps retain water & minerals, which can ultimately create a better quality of wine.
